I’m French but I speak Dutch (and English), I translate what this comic says: “Hello mister Paddestoel (pronounce Paddestoul)” and the mushroom answered “Hello Knuffeltje”

It is from Belgium, drawn by cartoon artist Jeroom. I myself am from the Netherlands and absolutely love this creature.
